Hi! I'm a writer (Julie Delvaux/Жюли Дельво is my pen name), historian and journalist. You will know a great deal more about me if you read my blog, or follow the links in the 'Author' section there.

Photography has always been one of my major interests, and recently it has become a passion. As I love travelling, I mainly take pictures of places I visit, but among my sets you will find photos from concerts, museums, and sporting events. I photograph people, but am yet a bit cautious about it.

The photographers I'd look up to, had I started shooting photos professionally, would include: Henri Cartier-Bresson, Man Ray, Helmut Newton, Eugene Atget, David Bailey.

The photos you'll find here are mostly those I've taken in England, some are scanned images of pictures taken on regular film, the rest are taken with cameraphone or camcorder.
