I took up photography not so long ago to be honest, and never really expected to enjoy it ..... but I did!
When it comes to taking pictures I am a very big fan of little post processing. Croping, fiddling with the saturation, making photos B&W or Sepia, or selective colouring are all fine. But heavily photoshopped photos where people take one image, and splice it into another to give truly amazing shots, while nice on the eye, sort of make me feel that they aren't true photographers, but just excellent Photoshoppers.
Please don't get me wrong - I think these photos are amazing, but what really impresses me is a photo that has been taken and had little done to it other than the photographers eye for detail.
I really enjoy taking pictures just for the hell of it. Some are with my iPhone, some random snaps. Some look crap, some look pretty OK. Its about enjoying yourself behind the camera.
