Hello and welcome to my photostream!

I'm Lolo, the bubbly photographer behind all of this. :) I began my artistry as a child, but at that time on the other side of the camera. My father was a real artist, and I really enjoyed being photographed. As time passed, he introduced me and my little brothers to the world of photography and everything that was behind it in the dark room. It was so much fun to see how he was making art out of a little box. Later on I got my first digital camera, and it was me who used it more often than my daddy. :) My favourite place is behind the camera now. I love to share the beauty of everyday things, a connection or a smile. I'm seriously addicted to ballerina shoes, my blue jeans I'm rockin' in until the early morning, everything soft and dreamy, all tones of aubergine: from pink to lilac, bookshops, cooking and baking and spending as much time with my lovely family and friends as possible. This means that I take my cam with me all the time and capture everything that I like around me. Update (06 Jan 2012): I will share a lot more this year, including portraits, too.

I work used to work in investment banking, where stock exchange rules the world. It is was pretty hectic sometimes. Once up, once down, but if you know the right timing, you can make the best of it! Since my life was - and still is - often chaotic, photography allows me to create a world I'd like to see myself in - dreamy, fresh, airy. With two simple words: LOVELY LOOKING!
