The works of Lizette Greco + Grecolaborativo are the product of a full family collaboration, Rob and Lizette creating textile art, costumes, installations, video, conceptual art, and social practice art with their young daughter and son. Much of our work has been based on the children's drawings and made using only thrifted and recycled materials. We also accept commissions for pieces using drawings from other children. Our aim is to create artwork that celebrates a child's perspective of the world and will hopefully be passed from generation to generation.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or for updates and upcoming shows.

bean MOST says:
"What I love most about her work is that the soul of it is obviously childlike. Lately I've been really digging deeper into my childhood and relating that to my present situation. You come to learn a lot about yourself in that way. Connecting things. Children are so innocent, so uncontaminated, which I think make the best artists in a lot of situations. They realize the less obvious.
I went to the store and bought a few of the childrens books I loved or always wanted, so I guess in a way I'm reliving it. The illustrations are amazing.
One thing our teachers always say is: keep it personal and your work will be the most successful....i think you achieved that!"25th February, 2005
