"Jami is like one of the nicest people I know. We've pretty much agreed on everything that we've ever talked about. She's a pretty cool girl, and her photography keeps getting better and better every time i look at it."

"Jami walked into the dealership with more confidence than any woman I'd ever met. My shift had just started and if there was one thing a Mercedes salesperson knew was how to gauge people. I could tell this woman meant business and was ready to buy. "I want to drive the new C class, right there," pointing to the black 2 door coupe recently washed and gleaming in the middle of the showroom.

"Miss, this car costs.." I was interrupted by a look from her that said 'I make more money farting than you do in a month'. Without hesitating I got the keys and showed her "I KNOW how this works." I liked her. To the point, all business. How would I be able to say no to this women, who although looked young, had the prowess of a business titan and the cool of an ice cube.

Out of the dealership, she went right through the red light as if it was green to her. "Red lights mean nothing to me. I don't get to where I am by following the rules". Holy crap I couldn't believe it, I was putty in her hands. I usually suggest a route for test drives but I could already tell she knew where she wanted to go.

Two hours later we were at the beach eating some fantastic Thai food with the sun roof down and the sun just pouring light and warmth inside. We also had a fruit smoothie, both of which I purchased because as a good salesman I knew you had to butter up her. And i wasn't interested in heading back anytime soon; the commission on this car alone would make me the #1 salesman all month. Suddenly, her phone rang.

"Yes" she answered as if bothered. "Okay, I'm sorry" she said in a wimpering voice. Of all the things she could say, an apology to anyone was the last thing I'd expect. She was a woman of power. A woman of stature. A woman of....

"That was my daddy. He said if I'm not home in 20 minutes to clean my room, I can't go to the mall later."

She was a woman of.... 14 years.

Her black cocktail dress, high heels and blond hair pulled back so tight you could bounce a quarter off it really had me fooled. I never realized a high school freshman could pack such a punch, but that's Jami for you. The drive back we talked about this photography class she was taking in high school next year, and how she viewed things through a camera. She pulled a fast one on me, but I was impressed with what she knew about taking pictures.

I never saw her again until I tripped over here on Flickr. She's a sweet girl, a good photographer, and crazy behind the wheel."

"Jami always has the loveliest pictures. There's a very young and vibrant feeling about them. So young but so much talent. Beautiful lighting and a lovely smile. Her hair is also to die for. I seriously would. -giggle- I'm also contemplating stealing one of her boy-ish friends. You're very beautiful. Inside and out. You capture the perfect moments. I love your entire stream.

Keep Up Photography - It Suits You Well."
