She is highlarious- (her word) but with a drop of supercalifragilisticexpialidociousness.   "Little Rosy Runabout is the gal that everyone wishes they had next door to them...the one that you'd look out your kitchen window and see wearing a fake mustache or jumping around in the sprinkler...You'd want to bring her cookies but would be afraid that you're not cool enough for her.
