  "Sher! How do you describe someone as sweet as Sher? I was going to say: "How do you solve a problem like Maria? ...How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand?" Those lines, in case you don't know, are from THE SOUND OF MUSIC. In some ways, Sher reminds me of the character of Maria! Maria was full of fun, patience, cleverness, creativity, and most of all, she was terrific around children (at least in the movie and play!)! Sher has four children, one of whom is autistic. She also has dollies and takes amazing, lively pictures of them. I have one child, who is now grown up. However, even with just ONE, I cannot imagine taking pictures of my dolls, writing wonderful comments to Flickr friends, AND taking care of my child! I would probably never be on Flickr. And sometimes, when things get really hectic, Sher isn't on Flickr. But usually she is, and I know that she somehow manages to get everything done! It is magic! And she is magic! I admire her so very much! I admire her spirit, her love of life, and her dedication to her family and friends. I would be a sadder person not to know her! She still takes the time to help me when I have problems...she still makes supportive, encouraging comments about others' pictures. Thank you so much, Sher, for all you do and all you are!!
