I'm Ruth. I like pretties, shinies, artistic, creative and high contrast things. I love photography and photomanips, but I'm hopeless at it myself.

I'm currently creatively drained due to my remaining uni assessment being essays @.@

I work with a Canon 400D - though I'm a little unsure if I like it, since most of the photos I adore are captured on Nikons. But since I can't afford to change I'm going to stick it out.

I'm thinking of setting myself some sort of challenge and trying to get a photo done a week from a list of "creative suggestions". Interesting things are pretty hard to find round my city and due to drought everything is brown.

I get bored so easily...

I collect dollies, well, I did collect Barbies till they totally ruined her body (though I still buy her for her clothes). Bratz, though only occasionally now (I love how skanky and bitchy they are), and Pullips, who are my current love.

I love to photograph them, and most of their piccies will be public. I also like to upload pics that I've drawn/created, but they'll only be for friends/family ^_^
Most of my life is spent on Live Journal as ruth-marie-tea or on Poupeegirl as ruthmarie

I'm studying Graphic Design at uni, and use my Dollies to practice my photography on.

Anyways, I love to look at other peoples pics, especially of their dolls, I don't steal pictures and believe in asking and crediting... so don't ever think I'm gonna nick your stuff, all I ask is for the same courtesy.
