I'm a Christian Montessori homeschooler, challenged by Maria Montessori's teachings to parent and educate respectfully in a prepared environment of freedom with responsibility. Josiah, 12yrs, is a climber, conservationist, vegan and amateur entomologist. Tessa, 9yrs, is a writer and manager who loves animals. My husband Geoff is a computer programmer and proponent of Free Software. We all enjoy walking, tramping, cycling, climbing, New Zealand native birds and plants, and conservation.
