Travis Ferland is an avid adventurer and humanitarian who has traveled to over 30 countries. He has studied in France and Niger, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, and worked at the headquarters of the International Rescue Committee. Travis is now pursuing a Masters in International Affairs at The New School in New York City. He is focusing on how media can be used to influence social change, with a particular emphasis on human rights.
