My camera is mostly aimed at capturing ironic or deeply fascinating moments of the 20 and 21st century.
I try to take photos that work without cropping, and am not concerned with capturing magical "lighting". Part of the moment is how the camera is currently set up, and it's not always pretty; but it'll always be interesting.
A sub-set of my collections can be described as moments of beauty in chaos: a bare tree against a detailed background, a tangle of obsolete circuitry.
Sections of architecture also make fascinating input - the game is to zoom in and capture a geometrical song with no horizon.
