Photography became a passion only recently. I'm not sure what initially drew me to it. But If I could narrow the reasons of what drew me to photography, then it would probably be the following: the heap of travel we did; my wife's incessant request to take photos of her and her new and growing wardrobe; a ninang (godmother) letting me borrow her dSLR for a day; my artistic inclinations; and/or simply the distinct sound of the shutter. Whatever it was, I enjoy taking photos (and learning everything about photography). As an artistic endeavor of life, photography offers one the opportunity to freeze a second of life to share with family and friends.

*What's in the (camera) bag?
Camera Bodies: Nikon D70s, D200
Lenses: Nikon Nikkor 18-70mm; 18-200mm VR; 50mm; and 70-300mm.
Accoutrements: handful of CF cards; all the fully charged batteries I could need; UV filters; lens cleaners and brush; small notebook; Manfrotto-Bogen tripod; and a Nikon SB-600 speedlight (with light diffusers).

Lenses: Nikon Nikkor 18-200mm and 50mm.
Accoutrements: handful of CF cards, few batteries, lens cleaner and brush.
