My name is Linda Wanless and I am a Flickr addict....there I said it. LOL!!! I absolutely love photography. I have distinct memories of my best friend and myself getting dressed up and going into the cotton fields and taking pictures with my mom's Poloroid camera when I was probably in 7th grade.
It seems like since then I have always had a camera in my hand. Now I have to share that camera with my daughter. She has discovered that love and is actually going to school next year to major in photography at a art school...(so I finally get my camera back..) My son has followed with my love of music. Although that love of music really never did much for me except learn the french horn, drum major of my HS band and the ability to sing REALLY loud when I am alone in the car... But the love is there nonetheless. He is in High School and has started his own rock band. He now plays 8 instruments and wants to become a band teacher...I just Love that!!! My husband...well, to describe him - he's my Rock... I call him Peter (from the Bible) We were married in 1988 (one week after I graduated from HS) and he has made me the happiest woman alive. I love him with a depth that I never thought existed. As far as myself, besides my addiction I am the secretary for our Excavating business, garden, love books (mainly collecting..lol) but mainly just love enjoying this beautiful world that God has blessed us with. Thus the name of my photography. I feel like looking through the lense I get to see a pieceofheaven.
