Retired with two sons and two grand children. I would describe myself as a keen amateur wildlife photographer, birds in flight and macro insects being favourite subjects. I am always trying to improve my photographic skills and techniques.

I am happy taking photographs of common insects and birds in my local area but do enjoy travelling further afield to photograph species that don't occur in my local area.
