Fabio da Rocha Passos Pinheiro’s Biography

Fabio da Rocha Passos Pinheiro, also known as Limpo, was born in Salvador-Bahia-Brazil. After being inspired by the graffiti displayed throughout the city at the age of 15, he soon discovered his passion for designing his own “street art.” Eventually, his dedication to it led him to take several art courses at the Modern Art Museum in Bahia. His artistic skills became recognized by the public after winning a grafitti contest during carnaval, two years consecutively, that was sponsored by the Municipal City Government of Salvador and Entursa, the tourism company of Salvador. Up until now, he has taken his talent to local universities and high schools by conducting “street art” workshops. In addition, he continues to partake in projects on behalf of the Municipal City Government of Salvador and markets his work through neighboring businesses and galleries.
