I'm sort of a purist. I like to shoot photos that are raw, gritty, real, as you see them, and that represent emotion.

Not that I don't love polished, photoshopped photos (and not that photosopped photos don't show emotion or represent realness or raw grittiness), but I tend to not do much of that, preferring to not adjust a photo at all or minimally...such as a bit of brightness or contrast. I also tend to not crop images.

I suspect this will change a little, but I'll ALWAYS continue to shoot candids with little manipulation of the image.
