I'm a Central Michigan University photojournalism major and have been interning at the Concord Monitor in New Hampshire since June.

I freelanced for the Midland Daily News throughout 2010 and interned at the Jackson Citizen Patriot in January through May of 2011.

When at school I shoot for Central Michigan Life, an independent student-run newspaper.

The real skinny on me?
I am almost never without a camera and am constantly pushing myself to make better pictures.
I want to make the kind of images that scare me, the kind of images that wrench hearts - these kind of pictures need to be made, to remind us all of our humanity and that of those around us. I want to be curious, empathetic, and innovative in photojournalism, art, and life.
