I use a Fujifilm Finepix S5100 camera. (UPDATE: Camera broke a year ago. I use my son's little Canon until I get a DSLR.) I also use Picasa to adjust some shots. I'm still learning all the functions of both.
I'm a dad and live in a Midwestern (Cincinnnati, Ohio) urban neighborhood so that's what you'll generally find here.

I shoot pictures of my kid's sporting adventures. While going there or coming back or if I remember to bring my camera otherwise - I'll shoot some other shots. Those are the pictures you probably see here. I'm a duffer who shoots for fun.

I finally got my boy his own digital so some of his shots should show up occassionally as well...at least until he gets his own Flickr page. He already calls himself "soloson".

Just so you know, I have very talented contacts and a 10 year old in Toronto (or thereabouts) has shown me through the quality of his work that I have very meager talent ...so advance at your own risk.
