My work explores threads of connection between people and their surroundings, regardless of age, location, race, sex, culture, or any other limiting factor. A firm believer in the importance of the journey over the outcome.

I am entirely self-taught but I owe so much of what I know, who I am, and who I'll be to this amazing person.
l'm currently a student at MICA, Maryland Institute College of Art - studying to become a photography teacher because I want to teach kids to find their voices through a lens.

    "lenny (aka rachael) is by far the most talented, creative person i have ever met. her pictures are fabulous, but you know this if you've looked at them already. i've never met someone as passionate - or even half as dedicated - as her, and i'm not just saying that because i'm her friend. she's always willing to help - whether it be by walking someone through photoshop or telling them which camera she used to capture a certain shot - and that is a quality that few have, but all should admire. on that note, if you haven't looked at all her pictures, i suggest you do because you're certainly missing out :)"
