"I am going to attempt the seemingly impossible task- write a testimonial explaining Elle's stream's immense effect on me.
But I'm doing it anyway.

Elle is one of the most amazingly talented people ever.
She's my favorite photographer on flickr.
And she's only 15.
The words 'beautiful' 'gorgeous' and 'splendid' are extreme understatements that can't even begin to describe her photography.
She is SO inspirational to me.

I can't stop exploring her stream- digging through her old work, commenting, faveing.
Each photo of hers speaks to me. They are visual poetry submerged in magic. Her stream moves me so much that I return constantly, even to some of her photos that I've already viewed.
Her concepts and their execution are perfect. Who else could come up with having her models 'hanging' on coat hangers, placing a bird's nest in someone's hair? Even concepts that are inspired by movies or music are phenomenally creative, fresh, and sublime.
The way that she incorporates props also, for example- a stray bathtub, a bare matress, a butterfly catcher, mirros, vintage suitcases. She could find any ordinary object, take a photo, and make it seem lovely, whimsical, charming. She photographs a doll, and makes it breathe.
I have never ever seen a photo of hers that I didn't like.
Her locations are so varied and intriguing- whether it be her school, a field, a supermarket, a carousel- they break any boundaries of cliche-ridden concepts ever brought forward.
Her use of light, composition, and processing are always impeccable.
Whether she uses a SLR camera, a polaroid camera, a disposable underwater camera (most get bad turn outs- she gets graceful photos of Elena looking like a water nymph), paint (I can't understand her skill with that program), or open canvas, she never ceases to blow me away.
And did I mention that she is incredibly beautiful, and has the most wonderful taste in music and movies?
