British, but living in the USA since 2002. Former journalist - lucky to work with some great photographers and witness the incredible trouble they took to get their picture. Although I usually provided the words, I have also had pictures published in newspapers and magazines. Dabbled with my own film developing and printing at one stage, but was an early digital adopter. These days I travel the world representing the international interests of a major broadcast-sector company (radio and television) - and if I don't have a Canon SLR (digital or film) with me, I at least make sure I have my little Canon Powershot SD850-IS close at hand.

As you will see from my Flickr Sets, I've been lucky enough to photograph many "photogenic friends" over the years - but I also enjoy photographing wildlife and all kinds of machinery, from cars to locomotives and everything in between.
