Hello internet! I'm I was a total hermit for a while but am really into people lately. I'm on this website looking for new pals, particularly lady-pals. I like watching documentaries, eating cake, playing Apples to Apples, and talking about politics and culture. Do you? I hope so!

* The Web Editor and Media Officer of Canada's largest union
* A speechwriter for Jack Layton during the 2008 Federal Election
* The owner/operator of Marigoldzine.com

Also: I'm Jesse Dangerously's partner and Ad-ver-sary's paramour. This is an unexpected turn of events brought about by this very website. If you look at Jesse's profile (rljd), you'll see that he's listed as "available" and I am not. I promise it's not because he's a lying creep, I just feel like my dance card is exactly as full as I want it to be.

I DO, however, want a million new friends all the time!

My sort of large-picture-vision is trying to fix all the things that suck about our culture by:

1. drawing attention to people who are doing rad things.
2. pointing out some hugely toxic stuff being done by others.
