Ian Blackburn, Founder of LearnAboutWine.com
As the founder of LearnAboutWine.com and current Master of Wine Student, Ian drinks wine for a living and plans over 200 public and private events a year. Along with a series of notable wine credentials including Sommelier/*JWE/CSW, he is a 2008 Distinguished Alumina* of Cal Poly Pomona, Collins School of Hospitality Management. Ian makes regular media appearances as a speaker on radio shows, wine host on TV programs such as The Bachelor in 2007, and wine expert featured in prominent LA magazines. In 2004 he was commissioned by Wiley Publications to write “The Pleasure of Wine”, and this year hopes to finish his second book.
