I am 28 years old and have been in photography for going on 6 years now, my grandfather was a great photographer and I was always interested in his work but what really got me into photography was when I started playing around with myspace and trying to make an awesome profile picture .I discovered photoshop so started out with photo manipulation then grew more into nature and sprouted off to just about every type of photography in these past 5-6 years. I honestly can not say what category I would prefer because I see beauty in all. photography has really opened my eyes to the simplicity of the beauty around us--it soothes my mood and comforts my soul. I am currently living in central Oregon, this is a wonderful place with allot of natural beauty to photograph.I photograph in all fields of photography.i do not like to limit myself to any one category.Every picture I present to you ..holds a piece of me in it .and I hope you enjoy viewing as much as I enjoy capturing the moments .

    It's quite easy to use the word 'inspirational'; to bandy it around; to be blasé when using it as a descriptive comment about someone's work.

    However when that person's work truly inspires you; when it makes you look again and more deeply at the imagery, the techniques, the style; when it even wants to make you go out and try get that same shot, then ‘inspirational’ is a very apt description when it comes to the photography of Jeri Leandera.

    Each new set of photos brings forth comments such as:

    “Wow, look at that!”

    “How did she achieve that?”

    “Fancy being there, at that point in time,
    to be able to get that shot.”

    Yes, I have been inspired and so Jeri’s work is for me “INSPIRATIONAL”."
