Laura is the Managing Director of Open Quest Facilitation Technology, a board member of ICA International representing Taiwan, and 2003-2005 Asian regional representative of IAF. She has a BA in International Business Management from National Taiwan University and a certificate in Positive Social Change in Appreciative Inquiry from the Management School of Case Western Reserve University.
Laura is the first Asian Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is also 1 of the 6 assessors in Asia. She specializes in facilitate breakthrough to desired change in individuals and organizations.
She dedicates herself to the implementation of organizational change, facilitation training and strategic planning projects. To provide custom-made service, she masters in a great range of methodologies, including Technology of Participation, Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, Graphic Facilitation, Dialogue, Participatory Decision Making Process and Mediation. Previous contribution goes to companies, government agencies, hospitals and schools. In order to localize group facilitation, she has translated teaching materials, learning manuals and group facilitation references. She also initiated the Chinese Facilitator’s Conference in Taipei 2002-2003. She has translated <>, edited <> and other publications into Chinese. Her goal is to introduce group facilitation wisdom and experiences from the world to professionals in Greater China and Asia.
