Flickr: Last Days Photography

Due to continued thefts of my photographs and having those stolen photographs used in business environments and such, I have decided to heavily watermark or downsize my photographs. It is a shame, but that is just the way it is, since Flickr.com is too easily defeated in its photograph protection methods. Perhaps when Flickr.com administrators decide to properly address this issue, I'll start posting photographs without the heavy watermarking nonsense again. I may post higher resolution photos in the near future, with small watermarks in the corner, for friends/contacts, depending on my time constraints...

Automatic Licensing fees for unauthorized business use
Due to continued thefts of my photographs, having their copyright watermarks removed in many cases, and used in business website environments or derivative photographic content, violators of my legally held copyrights, agree to pay a mandatory single website usage licensing fee of $100.00 US for each violation of my copyright. This is a non-negotiable yearly site licensing fee, and will be pursued in small claims court if violators refuse to pay this licensing fee.
