Norwegian, anthropologist by trade and training, work on development cooperation professionally (as a consultant, I own and manage a consultancy firm, Supras Consult, www.supras.biz), have lived abroad for a good many years, since some years I'm now back in Kristiansand, on the south coast of Norway, where it all started (except that I'm born in Stavanger on the west coast, and baptized - and also partly raised and weaned - in the nearby coastal village of Tananger). I enjoy the outdoors at any time of the year, adapting my activities to the season (incl. skiing in the winter, and hiking and fishing the rest of the year).

The images available here are selected among a large number of images. Many are shot in more or less exotic locations. This is so because they in many cases were shot in connection with my work-related travels (images from my work are available on this Flickr site: www.flickr.com/people/supras).
