I'm just a crazy chick that with an obsession of John Lennon, dragonflies, and the collected works of Fredric Chopin - not necessarily in that order. I don't really chat on-line to find playmates, just friends. If you're OK with that, please read on!

I'm a musician; I play several instruments, piano being my favorite. I like concerts, and horror movies. I like to fish occasionally, and I love the beach. Unfortunately for me I'm thousands of miles from a decent ocean. Great planning oh my part, eh? At this point in my life, I'm looking forward not back. There will always be things in my past that refuse to let go... everyone has those I think.

I love to read, and have a voracious appetite for books. Among the authors you're likely to see in my hands are: Orson Scott Card, Neil Gaimon, Terry Pratchett, and perhaps even some Stephen King or Dean Koontz thrown in for good measure. King and Koontz are, I've found, less of a main course and more like seasoning. They're best served in small doses, and mixed in with the meatier stuff.

If you see me online and say hi, I'll likely say hi back. This is just polite manners. If you happen to say something meaningful or interesting after that, you'll likely capture my interest for the moment/hour/day. If you continue to be a constant source of inspiration, wit, humour, or generally a fun person to hang around, you'll gain my friendship for life. I'm like that, I don't make a million friends, but the ones I do have, I keep.
