Over forty years engaged in very diverse professional matters; the direction of a public hospital or a magazine of general history, advertising works, historical illustration and cartography or research in assisted reproduction, among other recnt jobs.
My main academic foundation is on gynecology and history. My principal job is as a gynecologist and my preferred historical interest is the middle age and the mantic knowledge later forbidden by the Inquisition regarded as black magic, and utopic and anarchist movements of the early twentieth century (do you know ‘la mano negra’?).
So my artistic works are signed with a scraper, a circular blade that is a basic tool of gynecologists, but also of carpenters and sculptors. A black scraper.
