  "Kelly's rise to Flickr goddess did not happen overnight. No, it is the long, fraught journey of a legend.
  
  She began her photo musings at an early age, picking up her father's old camera. This sparked enough interest in her that she disguised herself as a boy and, at great peril to her person, embarked upon her studies at a secret ninja monastery in the icy climes of Western China. There she learned both the practice of Zazen and how to white balance her Nikon using only her thumb.
  
  Unfortunately her disguise was discovered before she completed her studies and she was forced to flee to the West. Here she remains, working on her skills and amazing friends and passers by alike. Hers is a most strong and welcome presence in the Flickr-verse."
