My name is Francesca and I am a 21 year old Photographer & Graphic Designer who is going to school for Veterinary Science to become an Exotic Veterinarian (Small Mammals/Reptiles/Birds). I currently work Freelance with my skills, as a Video Game Journalist and as a Game Associate and as a Volunteer at Cedar Run (A Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Center).

I have owned Hamsters for as long as I could remember but for the last 4 years I have officially owned my own Hamsters. I have bred Chinese Dwarf Hamsters and have experience rushing to the Vet for crazy health situations. If any of you have any questions I am sure I can help when it comes to health related stuff and Breeding Chinese Dwarf Hamsters.

Momo was a Female Black Dominant Spotted Short Hair Syrian Hamster (Aka: Fancy Bear Hamster) and lived from April 12, 2009 to March 14, 2011.

Düva Minka is a Female Dove Tortoishell Short Haired Syrian Hamster (Aka: Fancy Bear Hamster) and she was born on September 20, 2010. She has been retired as a Dam and given a special home.

Brüno is a Male Sable Long Haired Syrian Hamster (Aka: Teddy Bear Hamster) and he was born on December 15, 2010.

Máyá is a Female Short Haired Black Banded Syrian Hamster (Aka: Fancy Bear Hamster) and was born on January 10, 2011.

Micah is a Female Satin Short Haired Cinnamon Banded Syrian Hamster (Aka: Fancy Bear Hamster) and was born on February 4, 2011.

Goya is a Heterozygous Silver Grey Short Haired Syrian Hamster (Aka: Fancy Bear Hamster) and she was born on March 1, 2011.

Nanuk is an elderly Female Short Haired Dark Eared White Syrian Hamster (Polar Bear Hamster) and birth date is unknown.

Pai & Jherico are a pair of Chinese Dwarf Hamsters and they where born on November 8, 2010 and currently live together.

Píj is a Female Agouti Russian Campbell's Dwarf Hamster! (Aka: Russian Hamster) and birth date is unknown.

Tonton is a Male Opal/Lilac Campbell's/Djungarian Hamster! (Aka: Campbell's/Winter White Hybrid aka: A "Pudding") and birth date is unknown.

Creole is a Deaf and Earless Male Red Eyed Argente Russian Campbell's Dwarf Hamster and birth date is unknown.

Apart from my HamHam Family, I have a a Male Red & Creme` Shiba Inu named Milo.

I do not recommend that anyone breed Hamsters without experience. I am not against people allowing their Hamsters to breed to have the experience and witness the joys of the journey of life but I am against people allowing their Hamsters to breed just because they are cute, without any responsible thought of their care, diet, Veterinarian visits, overall physical and mental health, their future care givers and without any intention to better the breed through Health, Tameness and/or to get the breed closest to Showing Standards. Even though my first litter was a surprise, I still put all of these points into consideration and became a Hobbyist Chinese Dwarf Hamster Breeder RESPONSIBLY and bred for tameness. However, I am on a long Hiatus so I can learn as much as I can before I continue this educational journey.
