La Belle Femme Sans Merci's photostream

All my photos are of me, my pets, my fiance and I or anything else I find interesting. I had a wonderful photographer who was the drive behind the more artistic work of some of these photos, but he has since moved away. We had a unique relationship that let me just be myself when we were taking pictures, and I believe that comes across in most of the photos. It never seemed "forced" or "staged" if you will. Now I am working closely with my husband and hoping to capture some of the photographic magic I once found! I'm a true Gemini which means I can be the most frustrating person on the planet. Couple that with my stubborn Polish side, tempered German side and uppity French side and you get quite the combination. I guarantee you'll find it quite charming! I'm the person who will give selflessly and do anything for anyone, but the minute you cross me, all bets are off. I am the nicest person you will ever meet, but also the biggest bitch you will ever meet. I am fiercely protective of those I love and will stop at nothing to let someone know when they've hurt someone I care about. Think Momma Lion with her cubs. I believe one should stand up for and defend those they love and care about.

I hate to be categorized or put into one little convenient group. Yes, I'll always be a goth girl at heart, but it doesn't mean I can't put on some wicked hot fuschia colors and go to town! I have a very skewed sense of humor and tend to be queen of wrong comments. I'm an impatient person and I hate to limit myself or deny myself anything. I'm the kind of person you don't meet everyday and for that I am grateful. My biggest fear is becoming like everyone else. I always want to be unique and have my own sense of identity.

I've learned through the years that you don't need a subculture to define you, nor do you need to be limited by one. You can be yourself and find enjoyment in several things without losing your identity. People weren't meant to be categorized or lumped into little groups. Life is for living! Go out there and do what makes you happy; even if it seems the most unlikely thing for you to do!!

I have a wonderful man in my life who is the center of my universe. He has taught me so much in the few months we have been together and I have learned so much from him. Who would have ever thought I would be working on cars or building furniture?? He has taught me to live, love, trust and dream again I can't imagine life without him, nor would I want to. I can honestly see myself spending the rest of my life with him.
