Hi, I am Kylie, a stay-at-home mum to our gorgeous boy, Hayden who has just turned 3. We live in Christchurch, NZ. I have always had a love of photography, but it's since having my son that I have taken the time to really start to learn about photography, become totally addicted to it, and actually think shooting in Manual is fun!

Camera wise (in the digital age!) I started out with a little P&S, and then had two Sony DSLRs (an A100 and A700), before my most recent purchase, my Nikon D700. I am back to a very small kit at the moment; just my body and a 24-70mm 2.8 Nikon lens, which I find great for the portraits that I mostly take.

My family is pretty much my main subject when it comes to taking photos, along with friends and friends of friends. But I'm also moving into developing my portfolio of portrait images.
