My name is Kristin Smith. I am a self-taught jewellery designer with a background in art and wire work. I work with sterling and fine silver, fine silver clay, gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, lampwork and boro glass beads.

I am constantly striving to improve my techniques and to develop my skills at shaping and texturing silver. I love exploring the different textures that silver can show through hammering, brushing, burnishing, etc. and how these change the way the light catches on the metal.
