Kayla Sawyer is a freelance digital photographer, editor and writer living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her current projects include writing and proofreading Local iQ magazine, contributing to the Corrales Comment and Getty Images, and serving as assistant editor for ABQ Arts & Entertainment magazine.
She was born in Madison, Ohio and received her bachelor's degree in new media journalism from Seton Hill University in 2009. Her byline has appeared in newspapers and magazines across Ohio, North Carolina and New Mexico.
Her photography has been published in magazines like EARTH and Education and Sustainability, and featured on websites like About, BrandandMarket, BootsnAll, Communications Workers of America and The American Independent News Network.
