Amateur photographer who photograph primarily in macro, insects and other small things in nature is closest to my heart, but also macro indoors is a great interest and to take photos of birds during the winter months.

I also do species identification and that is not so easy, it takes much time to find right name on them. I can have wrong on some, if you notice that, please write a comment and tell med right name.

I like to see the bugs close, their faces are sometimes bizarre, some have angry looks but some are cute. :-)

Some images are not very good with sharpness etc but sometimes the motive is more important than a nice picture, especially if you're looking to determine the species.

My equipment is Canon 450D with Tamron 90 mm Macro but now I have bought Canon 60D and Canons 100 mm lens.

Most of the bugs are living and I never do them any harm, sometimes I find dead bugs but I will write it in the picture.
