Hello! I am a 26 year old graphic designer whose entire life revolves around cooking and crafts. I am huge on organic items and i try to make everything as fresh as possible. I believe that homemade foods and sauces beat out store bought 10-fold. I guarantee you the best quality.
I use my baking as a way to deal with my horrible ADD tendencies! It keeps my hands busy and makes me feel like i have achieved something when i have something to show for all my work.

KnodelHaus is fully owned and operated by me, I handpick all the freshest ingredients for my food and i use tested family recipes that have been passed down through my family tree. I have German and Italian roots so much of my food reflects my upbringing. All of my sauces and jams/jellies are made from scratch as well as my breads. I try to hand make as many items as i possibly can for every recipe. I tend to focus mainly on German and Italian Pastries! Feel free to place a specialized order for anything at all.
