I am a freelance photographer born and raised in Kansas City. I mostly shoot live shows in the KC area but I also love to work with and shoot people, children, etc. (with my camera) :P
Music means the world to me and I believe that a live show brings way more to the table. Seeing your favorite bands play live makes the songs that mean something to you mean so much more. To me, nothing is more honest and true than the raw energy and passion of an individual playing their instrument and sharing their voice in front of an audience. I believe in using my camera to capture emotions and significant moments in time and being able to relive them, forever. and there is no other feeling than that feeling I get when the lights go down at a concert and the musicians come out. I could never get tired of it.
