I'm an American girl of 26 who last year returned from living in Japan for 5 years. I love to travel, take photos, and I am a crazy cat lady!

I use my Flickr for two purposes:
1) Photography, obviously!
2) Sharing/cataloging the cute things I've acquired

I mainly take photos of cats, be it my cats or the cats at the animal shelter I volunteer at (PAWS of Norwalk, CT). Or anyone's cats, for that matter! You'll also find my travel photography, and various things that catch my eye around me.

I am fiercely loyal to Canon. A while ago, I upgraded my previous point-and-shoot (PowerShot SD800 IS) to a Canon S90 after hearing good reviews. I didn't think my little old PowerShot was so bad, but now I've been using the S90, the difference is astounding! I'm soo happy with it, and it's perfect for everyday use - I like to always have my camera on me. I also have a DSLR (Canon Rebel XSi) which I don't use as much, as I only have two inconvenient lenses and still don't really know how to take good pictures with the thing!

I've started uploading photos of the cute crap I've accumulated while in Japan. I love the brand Swimmer, and have more stuff from them than humanly necessary. Since I know a lot of people are into the "kawaii" thing, I've started putting photos of some of my stuff up.

I'm also interested in handmaking things and crafting. You'll see some of my creations here.
