hello all you flickery people. my name is the great disappearing act.
i just want to feel like a magician for a few minutes a day. that's all.
i spend most of my time in the jungle (rainforest) with my animals, of which i have five: three dogs, two pussycats.
i like to watch birds. it's one of my hobbies. i don't like watching them in cages because they don't exhibit natural patterns of behaviour. they look sad and crumpled and heartbroken.
it kills me.
i spend some of my time in Auckland city (=big smoke), interacting with other human beings.
i have a very lovely life, which i should be extremely grateful for.
i think it's good to remember what you've got -
and photograph it.
sometimes it's hard to take my own advice however...
