I am a Realtor in Winston Salem, North Carolina and I like to fix up historic houses, or sometimes it's more like a rescue...... This one is a real gem of a Craftsman Bungalow, in the Washington Park Historic District which is a nice 1892- 1940ish, neighborhood that started as a street car suburb. We have many long term neighbors who know and care about each other, it is a wonderful place to live.
