I'm 62 yrs old and live in Duluth,Minnesota. I enjoy photographing our beautiful Duluth harbor and Lake Superior. I espescially like to capture images of our lighthouse,ships and lakeshore,as well as sunrises and sunsets. My camera is a Nikon D50 with a Tamron XR Di II Zoom lense 18-200 mm. I've been actively taking photographs with a digital camera for about 5 years and acquired my first digital slr about a year ago. I think I have a good eye for composition,but lack skill and knowledge of my camera features,settings and post-processing techniques. I hope with continued use and experimentation,as well as learning from others,I will become more proficient at taking bettter quality photo images.
