I am a total amateur... I just love getting outside and taking photos of this great city I live in (or near). I travel a little for work and I love to take some time and explore a new city when I'm there. My favorite things to photograph are statues/memorials/monuments, flowers and macros of every day objects, but I have definitely begun to branch out as I spend more time taking pictures. I'm also becoming a bit of a history buff the longer I do this.
I just purchased my first DSLR. I love it and can't wait to see how much more I can do with it.
