All of my photos are now licensed under full copyright protection, since I recently discovered my photos were being stolen and used in ways I didn't appreciate. If you're interested in using one of my photos for any reason you must contact me first. If you're looking to use a shot on a blog, chances are I will approve that. But please take the time to ask. I will file a DMCA with Yahoo and the appropriate webmasters if I find you have used one of my photos without my permission.

Also... let it be said if you fave one of my photos and don't have any public photos available, have no avatar and/or have what I deem inappropriate photos in your stream, you will be blocked. Sorry, but that's just how it goes.

And for the record, comments should have more than the just a given group's comment code. I will block if you repeatedly just post that. I'd rather you not comment at all than to just paste a code there. It's annoying and a waste of space on my page.
