I am a 31-year-old photographer and writer born and raised in Northern California in the beautiful Bay Area. Currently live in the sandbox known as Las Vegas and happily married to an awesome photographer.

I'm known to shoot anything and everything as a way of documenting life, history, and the world around me. I've tried sticking to one thing with subject matter but I see too much around to do that. I'm drawn to old signs, urban decay, food, old Vegas, Route 66, and finding random things lying around that many often miss.

One thing I will also note: Snobs are not welcome here. I've encountered too many hoity toity photographers who slam the kind of shots I take and regard them as little more than "mediocre snapshots". To that I say, "Bite me!" If you don't like it, please move on. If you want the high quality, artsy fartsy, technically perfect work please go elsewhere. I'm no Ansel Adams or Peter Lik but I can hold my own thank ya much.

Lastly, please don't put any cutesy, flashy, awards in comments. They drive me bonkers and would rather not have them there. Plus, I find it rather lazy when people cut and paste those things but can't be bothered with actually writing something. If I see them, they WILL be deleted.

Oregon and Illinois were during a time I wasn't an active photographer (still in my teens during both visits). Would like to visit them again as well as several other states.
