I'm a grad student studying Japanese literature who likes visiting Japan and taking pictures.

I started uploading my pictures of Japan onto Flickr because I have been able to gain so much visual and cultural perspective from the pictures already here on this site. Nothing would make me happier than for people to use my photos for their own projects.

I am not a professional photographer, and none of these pictures has gone through any digital editing, so it's not necessary to credit me if you'd like to use or borrow one.
