Mission

To assure knowledge management necessary to promote the responsible use of the coastal-marine ecosystems.


Por medio de nuestros objetivos queremos involucrar y sensibilizar prioritariamente a las comunidades costeras, que posean una influencia directa sobre los recursos marino-costeros. Por esto, la Fundación Keto se dispone a colaborar en proyectos de investigación y de educación ambiental, por parte de instituciones y organizaciones públicas o privadas de carácter ambiental.

The Keto Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on the study of biology, management and conservation of marine and coastal resources (whales , dolphins, marine turtles, coral reef, fishes, etc) The Foundation was created to reduce lack of information and to minimize the impact caused by constant solid waste pollution, sonic alterations, chemical waste in the ocean, and illegal hunt or fishery.In addition, one of the Foundations primary objectives is to incorporate and educate coastal communities that have direct contact and influence over marine and coastal resources. Therefore, Keto is willing to collaborate in research projects and environmental education with institutes and public or private organizations.
