I've been doing amateur photography since I got my first SLR in 1979, a Fujica AZ-1. I really loved that camera, but I finally went digital in 2000. I bought a Olympus D360L a point-and-shoot with only 1.3 megapixels. I broke it after about 2 years and my wife bought me a Fuji Finepix S3100. I really like the quality of the images, even though it was only 4.0 megapixels and still a point-and-shoot. I still use it when I am hiking. It's beat up on the outside, but it still works great. January 2008 I finally got myself a digital SLR, a 8.0 megapixel Canon Digital Rebel XT. I love having something as adjustable as my old SLR with all the convenience of a digital and wish I had taken the plunge earlier. I am still learning how to take better photos, so constructive criticism is always welcome.

Most of my photos are from the two places I spend my time, Utah (where I live) and Korea (which I visit very frequently).

I enjoy landscape photography when I'm Utah; what else is there to take photos of? And I do mostly architecture and historic sites in Korea.
