I'm a stay at home mom to our wonderful twins! I'm quite new to photography. While I've taken pictures forever, I'm just beginning to try and learn how to take better pictures. It'll be some time, but I'm learning, slowly!

I enjoy taking pictures of my kids, but I also love patriotic things too. You'll find a lot of animals, flags, and nature. I'm also starting to find the simple things interesting too. I'm working on learning some things too. But mostly having some fun!

I've also been slowly uploading many of my older pictures, so things may seem out of order. But as I go through the last 3 years of my pictures, I'm finding ones I forgot about that I love. So that's why you'll see such variety!

In July, 2008 I was able to buy a brand new camera, the Canon Rebel XSi! There's a lot of learning going on with that too. But I really love the camera! Now I just need to update my lenses!

I love to have people comment on my photos, don't we all? And of course, if you like something and want to mark it as a favorite, that's great too. However, if you have nothing available to me, or anything I find odd in your stream, favorites, or profile, I will block you and not allow you to mark any of my photos as a favorite. Also, don't feel that you need to add me as a contact simply because I comment on one of your photos.

I just pared down my groups and contact lists. I found I had too many people listing me as their contacts, like it was a contest for them. They had 1,000's of contacts and favorite photos, and none of my photos were in their favorites. I like to stick with a smaller set of people. I'm trying to keep my contact list and groups limited. It's not always anything personal, I just like to keep things more limited

I hope that you enjoy looking through my photographs. Do not use any of my photos without my permission, so ask first. Although I am willing to share when asked, and have had several used in various online formats outside of Flickr. Thanks!
