Well I'm a filmmaker which is where all my photographic knowledge comes from, and while I love the moving image like no other, there's nothing quite like a photograph. I only got my camera last fall after not having a still camera for several years and I must say I'm loving it. I feel like I've learned a lot in the past few months, but at the same time, looking at some peoples' work here on Flickr shows me that I've got a long ways to go. Its going to be an exciting journey.

A lot of my photography is urban and industrial. For the past five years urban exploration has been my primary hobby and the subject matter is so unique its only natural that I should take a lot of pictures doing that. I've been with Urban Exploration Alberta since it started and couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to trust my life to.

That being said I'm getting into other forms of photography as well. I'm doing a lot of experimentation and I value peoples' input on my photographic endeavours. Let me know what you think, and don't be shy with the criticism - I can take it.
