alexander ward says:
"Karl...
He loves to experiment, testing out different manual parts of his camera, using different vinyl toys as props (:P).
One of my favorite sets of his photos are the long exposures, as he didn't do what I would do which is criticize them for hours...
He posted them in stages, where the exposure wasn't quite right or the lighting was too bright...
I liked seeing him develop his talent for photography and will continue to do so..."13th September, 2008

"Karl is a fellow member of the Cult of Mac. ;) For that, I must say he is awesome. In the time we have been Flickr friends, I have enjoyed seeing new and interesting perspectives of the world around us in his photos. He has a keen eyes for the small details, like how raindrops hits different surfaces or how the sunlight is painted from a view within a forest.
I am truly honored (American, yah, I know) to be not only contact, but a friend of Karl's."2nd October, 2008

"I joined Flickr a while back and I found Karl's photostream somewhere along the way. Karl takes a great shot and I really enjoy viewing his latest photos from his trips or just around his home. He also loves Apple which is an interest we also share. Karl has also become a good friend of mine which is great as I actually get to use iChat :P To sum my very short testimonial up, Karl's a great photographer and a great friend too!

"I think I was one of Karl's first Flickr friends which is not only an honour, but it also means I have seen his feed develop and his confidence grow as his photography skills have. He's also mad fer Apple...bonus points awarded to anyone for that!!! We've also become friends away from Flickr on the social wonderfulness that is Twitter."
